Illinois STAR NET envisions a future where early childhood professionals and families have the supports needed to provide all children with a high-quality, equitable education in inclusive environments.
MISSION
STAR NET’s mission is to promote:

Illinois STAR NET is operated through a grant awarded by the Illinois State Board of Education; 100% of annual funding for the project
is from federal sources.STAR NET provides
training, consultation, and resources to the early childhood community in Illinois.
As a statewide system,STAR NET assists the Illinois State Board of Education in
meeting their local needs by providing services throughout Illinois.
