When children exhibit challenging behaviors, the problem is often localized within the child. However, behavior is complex and seldom centers around one reason. Research shows that to gain a meaningful understanding of student behavior, there must be a meaningful understanding of adult behavior and the context in which all these behaviors occur. This workshop looks beyond the contextual elements, interactions, and classroom variables that might contribute to challenging behaviors.
Part 1 of a two-part series - registrants must attend both sessions to receive credit. No partial credits will be given.
