Looking for practical ways to engage children with books? Join our interactive series, starting with an in-person kickoff, which provides hands-on experience with children's literature. Each session focuses on themes of social-emotional learning, inclusion, disability awareness, and/ or diversity. Participants will receive each book we explore. Learn how to effectively introduce these topics, discover engaging activities, brainstorm new ideas together, and find ways to integrate IEP objectives into these book-related activities.
As part of this series, there will be one-hour webinars held on July 31st and August 7th, both from 10 am to 11 am.
Registrants must attend the in-person kick-off and the two webinars to receive credit; no partial credits will be given.
