The STARNET Region V Resource Lending Library is Back!
 

STARNET Region V is offering parents, providers and educators in Chicago the opportunity to borrow materials that cover a variety of topics related to development, education, special needs and parenting. Materials available include books, assessments, curriculum guides, DVDs, videos and other items relevant to educators and families working with young children.  Lending library resources will be loaned out on a first come first served basis for a period of two weeks. Please follow the link at the bottom of the page to fill out our Library request Form.

Borrowers will be responsible for:
1.     Completing appropriate request and agreement forms
2.     Picking up library materials
3.     Making arrangements for the return of all items borrowed
4.     Care of materials and replacement of lost/destroyed items
5.     Adhering to return deadlines

Lending library materials are available for pick up at two locations:
STARNET Region V Office - 125 S. Clark St. - 8th Floor 
(by appointment only - 773-553-5596)
      RCADD - 10 S. Kedzie, Room 202 
Open Weekdays 9am - 5pm, except Wednesdays 11am - 5pm

Resource Library materials can also be sent to the borrower (and returned) through the Chicago Public Schools internal mail General Service Runs (GSR).
