You can register for the STARNET, Region V
2012 Winter - Spring workshops online, by mail or fax. 
Telephone registrations will not be accepted!

Or you can complete the registration form then print it and send it to us by mail or fax.

Either way, make sure you keep a copy for yourself - and be sure and contact us

 if you haven't received a confirmation within 2 weeks of submitting your form.
